In the heart of the historic center of Chiavari, among ancient alleys, stone porches and colorful buildings overlooking the sea, I invite you to live an intimate and authentic experience dedicated to the flavors of the Ligurian sea.

I will welcome you to my Genoese-style house, located in one of the most suggestive corners of the city, for a guided tasting of the precious oysters of the Gulf of La Spezia, selected from the best local products, together with very fresh seafood: red prawns, scampi, anchovies, tuna and swordfish marinated. The dishes, raw and cooked, are inspired by the Ligurian seafood tradition, with a few creative touches.

Everything will be accompanied by a glass of Ligurian Vermentino or local sparkling wine, and an engaging story about the gastronomic culture of our sea, farming techniques, fishermen's customs and stories of the territory.
