The scenography of the experience is inside an ancient 1900s building, in a Genoese-style apartment with large living rooms and a modern equipped kitchen. The marble mortar, Genovese DOP basil, pine nuts, extra virgin olive oil, garlic, salt, Parmigiano Reggiano and Pecorino cheese: the perfect ingredients for a challenge in preparing the tastiest and most balanced Genoese pesto. A good dose of dexterity and a bit of training, following the instructions of the foodteller Fabio Bongiorno, for an engaging experience as a couple or in a group. After a toast with a glass of Ligurian Vermentino, you will taste your pesto with a taste of artisanal trofie with pesto, with a good aperitif based on focaccia and other typical bruschetta, and finally with the inevitable Italian-style coffee.
